Thank you for visiting and shopping at Sahla Beauty. The following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy for Lebanon.
Shipment processing time
At this stage, we primarily deliver within Lebanon. All orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a day. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping rates & delivery estimates:
> 2$ delivery rate all over Lebanon.
> Delivery in Beirut Area: 1-2 days
> Delivery outside Beirut Area: 2-3 days
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email after 24 hours starting from the time you place your order. You will also receive a tracking number in the Shipment Confirmation email that will be active within 24 hours from the time the confirmation email is sent.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
Sahla Beauty is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages
Sahla Beauty is not responsible for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
Delivery Issues & Delays
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by courier delays, Strikes, Road closures, Unforeseen events
Wrong Address or Missed Delivery
Please provide accurate delivery details when placing your order.
If the courier cannot reach you or the address is incorrect additional delivery charges may apply.
